This November, we’ll be tackling 30 days of skipping for Australian hearts.

We’re committing to Skip our way, every day, to help raise funds for lifesaving heart disease research. We’ve signed up for this awesome challenge because there’s strength in numbers – the more team members we have, the bigger impact we can make.

This November 13th will be my 1 year anniversary of Open Heart Surgery after being diagnosed with Congenital Heart Disease 3 months prior to my surgery. I was given 6 years to live with the right side of my enlarged heart already failing. I have titanium plates in my chest and a bovine patch after valve redirection and closing the hole in my heart. 10 months on I still find daily challenges but my health has improved overall and my life expectancy has increased!
