Join us and commit to skip every day this November. You can skip fast or slow, to the beat of your favourite song, or in a team with your friends or family. The only thing we ask is that you do it your way, every day.
We’ll be there to encourage you every step of the way – while you do your best to help us in the fight against heart disease.

Sign up
Sign up individually or as a team and set your goal. We recommend 10 minutes per day or 5 hours for the month.
