Fresh start to the day
I was up early this morning, joining in the cold nips challenge of running into the cold ocean before starting the day!The rest of the day was spent with family, then my 10 minute skipping session. Today I was able to skip for 19 rotations before I got stuck. This means I must be getting better!
A few more today...
Today I reached 14 skips in a row Max. So I'm already improving!!! Yay for me.Starting at 6 skips
So I had a practice run this morning and managed to skip six times before my feet got all tangled. At least I didn't fall flat on my face! I'm sure that this will get easier as I go through the month.Bonus is that a skipping rope can go anywhere!
